Bertrand, originally from Ouistreham, carries within him the heritage of Norman navigators and the audacity of his Viking ancestors.

Yasmine, a child of Saint-Malo, embodies the timeless elegance of the corsair city and possesses, as if by second nature, a passion for architecture and decorative arts.

We met through the shared call of the sea, a bond that forged our connection. But our union didn't stop at a simple love story; it became the driving force behind a life project: returning to our roots to create places that have meaning.

Today, we are joining forces: the quiet strength of Norman history and the artistic sensibility of a true modern "Medici", to offer you much more than a seasonal rental, a true living space.

Escale & Héritage is the realization of our vision: an intimate collection of exceptional properties, each a distinct chapter in our history.

We travelled across France to find these places steeped in history, where architecture and nature meet to offer unforgettable escapes.
